1. Reservation
After reception of your request for reservation (by email, courier or by telephone),
you will receive a few days later the confirmation and the invoice.
After the reception of the installment the reservation is regarded as final.
2. Period of hiring
The period of minimum one week begins saturdays at 16.00 hours and finishes
saturdays at 10.00 hours. Apart from the high-season you can rent for one
longer or shorter period.
3. Payment
The installment of an amount of 30% of the invoice must be in our possession
10 days after reception of the invoice. The remaining amont will have to be
poured at the latest 4 weeks before the beginning of the hiring. In the event of
reservation late (less than 4 weeks before the stay) the amount due will have to
entirely be poured as of reception of the factur
4. Guarantee
A guarantee of 150, - € must also be paid at the latest 4 weeks before
the beginning of your stay. For some houses the guarantee is higher
(see the description of the house). Within 5 days after your departure the
guarantee will be repaued on your account and this after reduction of
possible expenses (EP expenses of heating, property damage).
5. Consumption material
The consumption of water, and electricity use in the house are always
included/understood in the price of the hiring. An additional consumption
because of heating (electric, wood) will be invoiced to you separately
6. Visitor's tax
The "communes" where the house is claim a tax stay with
we must count to you. This amount being more or less 0.30 €/night for
people older than 13 years. You will find the amount exact in
description of the house
7. Cancellation
50% of the amount of the invoice will be refunded for any more made cancellation
2 months before the date of hiring. For the other part we advise you
to take an insurance cancellation.
8. Final cleaning
It goes without saying you leave the house in the same state that you found it
with a very particular care for the kitchen and the bathroom. But if you
wish we can arrange final cleaning in your place. You will find
the price in the description of the house.
9. Bed and house linen
You can take along your own linen, also jou can rent it on the spot. The hiring of
cloths is done by exchange; an exchange being composed of a cloth covers, a cover of
feather bed and one (or two) pillowcase. You can also rent a set of
kitchenlinen (2 essuis, 2 towels, 1 tablecloth and 1 mop) or a set of
bath towels (bath towel, towel and 1 glove of toilet.
10. Domestic animals
A domestic animal is authorized (to be mentioned at the time of the reservation).
More than one animal only after authorization of the owner.
11. A maximum number off people
The maximum capacity people must be respected, except for children
up to 3 years.
It is prohibited to remain in the house with a number of people higher than
the number maximum agreed unless having the explicit authorization of the owner
(against payment).
12. Hiring of bicycles and canos
You can call upon us for the hiring of VTT and canoes of a person
(with life jacket). The price by bicycle: 7,50 € by day or 35, - € by week.
Price by canoe: 20, - € by day (transport included).
We advise you to reserve in time.
13. Inventory control
As of the arrival, the tenant verifie if all is well there on the basis of inventory.
Also check the correct operation of the electricals appliance.
Any complaint will have to be lodged within 24 h. after the arrival of
customer. The complaints not carried out within the limits by what precedes will not be
taken into account.
14. Responsibility
For the period of hiring the tenant is responsible for all the damage
occurring of its fact to the house, pieces of furniture and furniture including the installations
and relative gardens. It is held to be ensured by a contract of standard insurance
holiday for these various risks. Any complaint relating to the state of
places and with the state of descriptive at the time of a hiring must be subjected to
BONSEJOUR as soon as possible, by letter, which will endeavour to find an agreement.
